Radio Labe’s first VA compilation features 14 tracks by Czech and Italian emerging artists. The contributors were asked to create an audio track using field recordings from a specific place and attempt to capture the diverse sounds and unique energy and cultural fabric of their surroundings.
The album is a journey through underground streams, offering an unconventional perspective on club music as well as more ambient and atmospheric genres.

Presenting "Searching," Soul Ex Machina is back with an atmospheric jungle EP as a solo debut by Brno-based upcoming artist Amplituda, who previously appeared on label's "SEMFREE" series. Drawing inspiration from the Good Looking era of atmospheric and intelligent approach to the drum and bass music, this EP invites listeners on a dreamy journey through wide soundscapes and complex rhythms.

"Small Talk," the inaugural piece, ushers listeners into the EP's realm with ethereal pads and entrancing minimalist breaks, seamlessly immersing them in the ever-developing sonic flow. Journey progresses with "Alone" - inviting introspection, intertwining soothing melodies with soft bassline, creating a narrative that resonates deeply with the soul. Transitioning into "Choices," the mood takes a dreamy turn, unveiling a labyrinth of consequential moments, guiding the listener through an exploration of intricacies and emotive depths. Finally, the title track "Searching" beckons listeners to delve into its depths with a sense of anticipation, in search of profound significance of the release.

With each track building upon the last, Amplituda's EP unfolds into a captivating odyssey through sound and emotion.

In the presented compilation, Abhi shares flitting excerpts from a larger body of work-in-progress that reflects a continuation of his ongoing compositional plays in soundscapes that incorporate diverse elements such as field recordings, voice memos, electro-acoustic improvisations, and spatial listening techniques for a sonic collage
