Due to Corona virus we had to cancel the event with Filip Xavi which was supposed to happen today, on 4th of April in our hometown Podgorica. 

We can't organise the event, but we managed to record a podcast with Filip, so we are proud to say that for this podcast our guest is Drugstore Resident: FILIP XAVI.

Coming from Belgrade Serbia, Filip Xavi is recognized as one of the pillars of the local techno scene over the past decade. As a rebel against genre confinements he was always attracted to the timeless techno archetype. His music has been published on various labels : Dynamic Reflection, Subsist, Sonntag Morgen, SEMANTICA, Decoder Recordings ect. His debut vinyl for Sonntag Morgen in (2015) ( including Dasha Rush remix) and most recent output “Drone Behavior” EP on Decoder Recordings (2017) - both received notable support from the main players on the techno circuit.

As Drugstore’s resident since 2013 he curated over 40 events and played alongside names such as: Rodhad, DVS1, Dasha Rush, Surgeon, Oscar Mulero, Phase, Dimi Angelis, Ancient Methods ,Shifted, Stanislav Tolkachev, Adam X, Elektrabel, Tommy Four Seven, Blawan, Developer,Vril, Jeroen Search, Abdulla Rashim, Inigo Kennedy, Bas Mooy, Kangding Ray, Pfirter … These sequences of events led to invitations to Berlin's iconic Tresor club (August 2014 and November 2015).

He likes to unfold his sets like many new chapters to a story of mysterious, debauched encounters through dazzling, post-apocalyptic soundscapes.

Something different. Today on 4/20 we deliver you the deepest waters of unexplored ocean recorded by Shandu.

Dusan Donovic a.k.a Shandu was born on 26.02.1997. in Cetinje. He says that he's into music from his childhood, that he graduated from music school in Cetinje and that he plays guitar. In electronic music has entered when he was 15. He played music at several private events, while at the party in Komani Electro Village showed that electronic scene in Montenegro gets another serious player.  From that moment on things started to get more serious, he started performing all over Montenegro, presenting his tone more and more deeply. Due to his keen interest in techno music and culture in 2018, he goes to Berlin to feel what the underground means, which caused his hearing to absorb the sound that suit
