It's 1 March, winter's almost at an end and it's time to discover this new session, the nineteenth since the series began, and today we're honoured to invite an immensely talented and machine-savvy artist based in Zurich, Mateo Hurtado!  Here, the artist offers us an hour of mystical, tribal set, a mix of shamarnic incantations, binaural drum beats, celestial pads and distant synthetic chants that could evoke the dawn of humanity. Mateo Hurtado is a well-known figure in deep techno music, having produced albums and EPs on prestigious labels such as @annulled_music and @spacedrummeditation, on @secuencias_temporales, and was also featured on our ACCENTVA series. In the heart of a bustling city, amidst towering skyscrapers and neon lights, stood a small record store known as "Acetate Dreams." Within its walls, the air hummed with the soft crackle of vinyl and the soulful melodies of yesteryears. For those who entered, it wasn't just about the music but its promise. Each note spun tales of a better world, free from the shackles of oppression, greed, and capitalism. People gathered, drawn by the enchanting tunes, their hearts stirred with hope for a brighter tomorrow. In that little haven, they found solace, unity, and the courage to dream of a future where the rhythm of vinyl held the key to true liberation.

Bio/
For over 20 years, he has participated in the club scene in Łódź and has decided to vent his passion. Raised on Old School, Jungle, D'n'B, tapes recorded from the radio and VHS tapes from electronic music TV programs from Viva, Viva Zwei, and MTV. Then he fell in love with electronics like Autechre, Aphex Twin, Vladislav Delay, The Black Dog, Monolake, Plastikman, and Jeff Mills. Currently, he draws inspiration from sets of artists like Donato Dozzy, Neel, Dasha Rush, Takaaki Itoh, Marco Shuttle, Mary Yuzovskaya, Shifted, and Abdulla Rashim. He loves techno in the style of hypnotic, deep, broken beats, offbeat, abstract, and ambient. He tries to include his love for rhythm and percussion in his sets, but he does not follow trends and draws from various trends and eras of electronic music. Currently, they want to improve their skills playing from vinyl.

Our next guest is a DJ and musician who fills the dance floor with the spirit of mysticism and harmony. The Svarog project began its existence in 2014, with a release on the Spanish label Circular limited. Since then, the artist has released a lot of music on top labels of the genre, such as Semantica, Dynamic Reflection, Affin, Nachtstrom Schallplatten and others. He performed in almost all countries of the continent, at famous venues and clubs.

His music dives you into a hypnotic atmosphere, sometimes with epc or dramatic accents. Landscape textures and saturated timbres in the tracks create a magical flow, forcing the listener to dive deep into dance or meditation.

Modern and futuristic sounds, far from trendiness and simplicity, aesthetics, harmony and a bit of mysticism from the heart to all intelligent dancefloors out there.

Shelley, based in Bielefeld, Germany started DJ-ing in 2019.
Before that she was a professional dancer for clubs and events for 14 years.
She always had an affinity for electronic music, from trance over acid to hard techno, and house music.
But Shelley started more and more love for deeper techno, ambient and down-tempo. Besides the great flow the music brings, it is also a kind of meditation for Shelley and it always calms her down.
She loves to let the music drift and bring you into another world. Her sets is a combination of deep, hypnotic elements, atmospheric sounds, between light and dark hifting soundscapes and captivating rhythms.
She also combines organic and shamanic sounds to express how much she loves nature...
