Qu-bit Surface providing string and pluck sounds. Processed through Clouds.

Saw+sine wave oscillator from 301 provides drone. Processed through 301 reverb with 100% wet signal.

All sound sources sequenced by Hermod with lots of random and chance effects applied. Hermod, Pamela's New Workout and Ornament & Crime provide modulation.

Stereo track recorded directly from rack into 301. Normalization, light compression and limiting added in Garageband.

Its a cliché, but for various reasons the summer of 2013 has been one of the best and the worst times i can remember. Now for better or worse the summer is over, its raining outside and its clearly autumn. Time to move on. Time to publish some new beats. Without further ado allow me to introduce the third OP1 beat tape.

Since I started making beats in 2013 this is my 4th Op1 Beat Tape. I try to write tracks as often as possible and essentially end up documenting what is happening in my life with music. Beat Tapes #01 - #03 have all documented parts of my life and beat tape #04 is no different. I changed towns, I moved closer to some really good friends and Spring is in the air. This set of beats is dedicated to lovers and friends.
