Vivrant's sixth release of 2024 marks the Swedish label’s first remix EP of the year and comes in the form of a total of 7 reinterpretations of Jeremy Olander’s classic ‘Steps’.

Contributing artists include Swedish legend and Studio Barnhus co-founder Axel Boman, Brazilian trailblazing talent and Solomun favorite Mila Journée, Giegling associate VRIL, UK Rinse.FM resident Kilig, Vivrant mainstay OLING, Correspondent regular DC Salas, as well as Jeremy Olander himself.

Jeremy says: “Leading up to the 4-year anniversary of the release of ‘Steps’ I wanted to put together
something special. To this day, I’m asked to play the original at almost every show, and I wanted to breathe new life into ‘Steps’ by inviting my favorite producers out there to remix it. This project has been years in the making, and it feels amazing to finally put this out and share with the world.”

Our upcoming release features an exceptional collaboration between ZENØN and Angus Powell, complemented by a top-notch remix from Space Motion. "Pieces" is a powerful, pulsating melodic techno track, elevated by the ethereal and sublime vocals of Angus Powell. Space Motion's remix of "Pieces" takes a more progressive direction, infusing the track with an irresistible groove.

Adding to the release, "Glorious" offers a slightly darker vibe, highlighted by a captivating lead synth, while "Crystal" rounds out the package with its vocal-driven arrangement, providing a perfect balance to the collection.
