Salat follows the release of Fine Line this summer with a more techno-focused EP. The title track resounds to pummelling kicks and a throbbing bass pulse. Adding to this robotic sensibility is a repetitive vocal sample looped through the arrangement. It makes for an exhilarating club track. On "Over the Hills", Salat opts for a different approach. With a focus on concrete weight, pummelling kicks and a rolling rhythm, it sounds inspired by the dance floor electro output of late 90s/early 00s pioneers like Biochip C or Decal. Once again, Salat's productions deserve praise for following the road less travelled.

LY/AM is a French electronic music artist who lives in Brittany, France.

From his childhood, he always had a great passion for music. He started by mixing before dedicating himself into composition. He delivers dark, hypnothic and powerful tracks.

Spotted by the artist Thomas Azier, he got him signed to his label, "Hylas Records" so that he could release his first EP “EP1” in 2015.

He won in 2019 the newcomer competition for the festival's “Paco Tyson” (techno category) in Nantes.

The next year, he released an EP "Home Run", which he signed on the French label "Walking Records" belonging to Marc Ayats.

for Maxim Nikolaev, who is a co-founder of the Pkge label and producer with a unique approach to electronic music. Maxim has consistently released independent vinyl records on European labels, in addition to putting together compilations that include the renowned hot steel series from Nina Kraviz and London's Scuffed and Munich's RFR.
