Originally built very special, Zakee Freeman(May 25, 1994) known by his artist name "OBVS", a creative acronym he created describing not only his eclectic genre of music but also his distinguished personality and style. 
Contrary to most artist, OBVS has created his own genre of music "No Lane" which actually isn't a genre at all. "No Lane is a process. The way I create my music is a different drive. When I say no lane I mean my approach, my melodies... my sound isn't even in the same category as other artist fighting to fit in one major genre or lane in music such as Rap, Hip Hop R&B, POP or TRAP. They're plotting to drive with the greats and I'm looking to find a faster way to travel. In a since you could say "Flying" that's why I say I have NO lane"
 Flying his way to success OBVS began his journey as an artist in 2009 with his first single "I do" featuring Kristian B produced by Don Jarvis. Since then the young artist has worked with other artist producing songs such as "Usuals" featuring Bamm Luciano produced by Deatfh Beats and "No Remorse" produced by ADO the God featuring Kayy Flame.
