The 3 manual, 46 rank Schantz pipe organ opus 918 was installed in the Ozark Christian College chapel in 1969. The college is located on the north end of Joplin, MO.

Willis Harrison was on the music staff, oversaw the specification and completion of the organ, directed the Chapel Choir and the Men's Ensemble, taught organ classes and was the principal organist for the college.

A professional recording of the organ was made in 1997 by Jordan's Stormy Banks Productions of Joplin, MO owned by Gary Jordan, who is an alumni of the school. The organist was none other than Brother Willis. The recording sessions were very relaxed with no set agenda. We just let Willis prepare and play whatever he was feeling. He had just had a blood transfusion in the morning before the session and was feeling much better than he had in weeks.

The Faculty Quartet, an *a cappella group of professors were recorded and combined with the recordings of the organ to complete a CD album entitled “Wonderful Grace”. The Faculty Quartet members were Neal Gardner (1st tenor), Gordon Clymer (2nd tenor/lead), Willis Harrison (baritone), and Harvey Bacus (bass). The album was sold in the OCC bookstore.
