Trancemas at Sly Grog, performed from midnight to 2am on 12-27-2024.  It was a fun event and my first time playing Sly Grog since they reopened after the fire, and my first set after Tropical Storm Helene.  Asheville is resilient and people are dancing through  the trauma.

2024 Trancemas at Sly Grog

The wind whispered through the skeletal trees lining the path, a forgotten trail swallowed by time. To the left and right two twin stone sentinels like inexhaustible guardians, their carved faces eroded by centuries. Shadows danced with the fading light, hinting at stories lost to the ages. A feeling of unseen entities, a presence lingering in the twilight. Each step crunched on fallen leaves, a lonely echo in the stillness of the forgotten woods. What secrets did this trail hold?
