Zaur Gapienko - Radical Fatale [KHOINIX]

When Void+1 intercepted intel of Znzl, an entity with green hair whose appearance has been linked to mysterious earthquakes, it immediately dispatched for "recruitment". After losing 2 ground units during the operation, V+1 resolved to diplomacy and managed to negotiate a deal code-named "Ancestraldatabreach", that contents of will not be disclosed to the public, other than 4 tracks that emerged as a consequence of the process.
"Significant Bound" is the result of Znzl's experimentation with new production techniques. A breakbeat/techno hybrid that might have a mind of its own, seemingly capable of some form of speech in particular segments of the track.
"Obfuscate" is a minimalist tool-track that hides it's underbelly of bass between razor sharp kicks while occasionally glittering in the darkness.
As if Znzl alone wasn't overpowered enough, he calls upon Radical Softness for assistance on vocals in "Alignment" and together they successfully convey the script of a cyborg going to an energy healer for alignment of its chakras (foreshadowing alert.exe).
The contract concludes with "As The Fire Consumes Us", evoking images of silhouettes being projected on concrete walls as they dance around the bonfire.

Nachtstrom Schallplatten is thrilled to welcome Liza Aikin to the label family. Liza is an electronic music producer based in Berlin. Resident DJ at Tresor, she’s also a live act performer, dedicated to tailor made music production, always looking to recreate the sound she was missing in the dance floor, with field recordings and modular synthetisers, Liza’s music has previously been released on labels such as Mord Records, Emetic, Gegen Records Evar Records, Obscuur and Voxnox. Liza makes her debut on Nachtstrom Schallplatten in form of this beautifully crafted 4 track EP, which consists of 3 original productions and a remix by one of Berlin’s finest producers: the notorious Headless Horseman. The 12”-version will be coming on coloured vinyl with a fully printed sleeve and will be strictly limited to 100 copies! The release will hit the stores on the 6th of September. Oscillating between a futuristic, sophisticated and delicate techno, Liza Aikin’s music stands out thanks to the richness of raw sounds, which she intricately sculpts, resulting in experimental, hypnotic, and cinematic techno pieces. Paris-based DJ & producer AIROD aka Dario Brkic returns to Amelie Lens’ Lenske for his second 12” on the Belgian label, ‘Rave Cycle’.
