The Scanner presents a souful element of deep house.  Progressing along with a powerful vintage stab-like bass synth, and lowpassed plucks to tie it together.  Backed by an eerie but positive atmosphere, this track flows from build to break, where you're greeted the transmission of voices over radio waves.  Sending you back into the main section before trickling and fading out.
