Oceanize is a rock band formed in 2014 in Madrid, Spain.  All its members come from previous experiences in other groups, but this have been their first real project in terms of full creativity and experimentation. 
The lineup is integrated by Antonio on drums, Piero, bass guitar, Ruben, lead voice, and Alfonso on guitars. Their approach to rock is certainly inspired by a common admiration towards British and US alternative rock mainly from the 80’ and 90’. A wide number of post-punk, grunge, and new wave bands have shaped their musical imaginary. Nevertheless, Oceanize’s music has no need nor ambition to be labeled by any “official” style or brand. What they mainly trust on is their search for good taste, energy, and passion. If you want to have a taste of their work, here are a few songs from their first EP, which has been entirely recorded and mastered by Phantasmo.
