I had the pleasure to play on sunny Sunday evening at the Kiosk at the beautiful Mit Dir Festival and it was soooo much fun! During the festival this was my favourite stage ever, always serving funky house and disco grooves so it was especially delightful to be able to close it down with my set. Thanks to everyone who came for a boogie, thanks to the person who told me that was their favourite house set of the festival, thanks to the person who came up to me and gifted me a disco ball and thanks to the sweet Kiosk ladies for all the rhabarber schnaps! Good Vibes Only (life set)

I recorded this set on 10/13/2024 at Arillas Soundgarden in Greece, the mecca of ecstatic dance. I had already prepared another set, but 2 days before I found this set too dark and sad... So I prepared a new set with the intention of making a bigger change in my life and overcoming my own depression and sadness of the past year. I decided to play a “best of” my sets that I played in the past year, because while playing and dancing ecstatic dances, I mostly go through my dark and sad emotions and turn them into joy and happiness by the end of the dance. In this set I also started using stems, which was a wonderful opportunity to mix a techno track with a beatbox track from Singapore in a way that is only possible with stems.

I uploaded it 4 weeks later and I can tell you: I managed to get my life mostly out of my depression...thanks to the decision to get up emotionally with the help of this set!!!

I hope you will also find joy and happiness in listening and dancing to this set !
