This is a cover of Battle Stage 1 from the TurboGrafx-16/PC-Engine game "Keith Courage in Alpha Zones", known in Japan as "Mashin Eiyūden Wataru" (魔神英雄伝ワタル). According to my file data, I worked on this cover back in 2009.

Here's a crossfade of projects I loosely worked on between 2011 and 2013. Since I don't plan to develop these ideas any further, I posted them here so I could let go of them.

Unfinished sketches 2013

This is from a 14-track album slapped together in less than 10 days back in 2006. It was fun to make.

The lead instrument is a distorted sample-based Farfisa organ, which gave sounds that reminded me of playing Mega Man games on the NES. I wanted a video-gamey vibe, I guess. Stage themes, cutscene music perhaps, for a shmup (that doesn't exist). I was fascinated with shmups like Xexex and Ikaruga at the time.

Having nonsensical, single-word titles that all begin with the letter A was part of the concept here, seeing as the album is called "A". There do exist songs for a "B" album somewhere.
