Christa Vi's second single ‘Invisible’ is a disco-flecked tune from her forthcoming album and this release includes an impressive remix package. Each remixer offers a different on the original with East London's @the-earl-of-grey (Exploited) slicing through and reimagining the sounds with a tropical vibe, Brighton-based @Braxtonofficial , newly signed to MTA, steps it up to offer a bass driven club jam and finally Chicago native, Australian dwelling @JamesCurd (DFA) cuts it down with a tight house groove.

"Foley" is taken from the upcoming Shapes EP by Molo, coming June 10th on Symbols.

Despite living in the same city, Marc Dos Santos David & Sylvester Meighan often collaborate together online, concocting glistening beat-driven pop and beatific R&B as Molo via the Splice platform. Previous releases on The Playground and Eklektik, as well as remixes for the likes of Theo Parrish, Crystal Fighters and Octa Push, have solidified this London duo as one of the most exciting talents in the wider beat scene diaspora and this June, they arrive on Symbols with the Shapes EP. Comprised of five songs led off by “Conditions”, a collaboration with indomitable London songwriter Ayelle (see her Machine EP), Shapes is a striking label debut, full of organic percussion and earworm melodies that seem to exist in the ether long after each song ends.

Futureproof is a song of stirring hope and intent, with production that hints towards an early evening dancefloor warm-up. For the forthcoming EP, Christa has enlisted the help of indie pop artist @AmateurBest (Brille, Double Denim) to create a wiggly leftfield version of the original. This is followed by a strong radio friendly dance-pop remix by the prolific London producer @RussChimes (Uno Maas), harking back to Christa’s love of late 90’s electronica with definite echoes of Everything But the Girl. A third remix by LA-based house producer @Rhythm-Operator (Let’s Play House, Glasgow Underground) provides a soulful underground house cut also bringing to the surface some exquisite backing vocals by Michael Tyrrell of London pop group @wearesuns
