It all starts with Silence, in which you can only hear breathing and increasing tension. Solitude and tranquility are interrupted, the feeling of emotional buildup, the sounds around become more aggressive, the situation changes and becomes uncontrollable, heart rate increases, trembling in the body appears, a sense of powerlessness and helplessness, and when the danger finally passes, a feeling of relief sets in.

The grayish-blue sky creates a smooth transition between day and night, which may be associated with a time for rest and reflection. At the same time, it can create a sense of melancholy, related to the fact that time flies by quickly and never comes back. 
/Grey & Blue

The repetitive piano may create an effect of monotony or even fatigue, but in the context of the track, it rather adds a characteristic atmosphere together with the blurred voice. If you imagine a video sequence, it would be a car at a crossroads, where the driver is lost in thought, just standing in the middle of an empty street where the only movement will be the repeated flashing of the yellow traffic light.

➤ About this VA:
100 years ago the world lived in chaos. Huge wars between humans, as well as great advances in technology that changed forever the face of the world, a world that according to many artists, lived as a prisoner of the rational mind and that did not allow us humans to understand life and the Universe in its wide spectrum.

This is how, with its mystical origin in Dadaism, Surrealism was born. A movement that sought to explore and venture into the limits of the human mind through art. Initially literature, but also reaching the visual arts and so much more. Then decades later, the first psychedelic artists were born, much closer to music in its origins and who represented a rebellion against the established norms in the face of a world in chaos.

Today after 100 years, the scenario is complex again. There are wars, there is a technological revolution and the world is coming out of a great chaos caused by a virus that produced a great crisis. Can we perhaps learn something from the ideas of surrealism, to understand today's world?, remove ourselves from the entirely rational mind to which technology and the "information society" push us, to finally understand the world from an alternative perspective?

Making this compilation was a leap into the void, a mixture of psychic automatism and cadavre exquis (exquisite corpse) that ended with a very free, authentic and very fresh result, with the wonder of the unexpected, including very purely electronic songs, with ideas of techno and even psy trance, like other more tropical ones with psychedelic cumbia, of course others more pop and the others, those that are usually there in our music, the ones totally trippy.

We hope you enjoy this great compilation full of freedom and unusual ideas, which will help you connect with another world through music, rhythm and love, thank you eternally!

We are happy to introduce you with  Nūr @ferro-jungle

Nūr is dark light, exotic melodies on electronic drummers,
a vector for transcendence, which is one of the purposes of music. 
From African tribes, to whirling dervishes, to raves, music is a refuge from reality, a meeting place, between human and divine.
Analog synthesizers, field recordings and organic samples are the building blocks of the productions.
The intent is to mix the culture of popular music with that of electronic music, with the aim of transporting the listener into an ethereal but grounded world, a granular jungle of traditional and electronic instruments.

Live organic house/downtempo set with live acoustic and electronic percussion.
The project was born in 2022, conceived by Davide Ferretti, drummer and producer.
