Der Sound des Café Svetlana erkennt die Multi-Ethnizität und -kulturalität des Balkan an. Hier wird keine Nationalfahne geschwenkt, man zieht es vor, bei einem Gläschen Sljivo, Palinka, Rachiu oder Tsuika zu sitzen und mit Neugier und Respekt den Musikern zuzuhören. Jeder Style komme zu seinem Recht: Rembetiko aus Griechenland, türkischer oder mazedonischer Bauchtanz, serbische oder kroatische Reihentänze, Romalieder, albanisch-epirotische Klarinetten-Klage, Brass-Gewitter, schluchzende, aber Klischee-freie Geigen. Dazu freshe Beats & Grooves, Basslines und feinst ziselierte Loops vom Meister der Knöpfchen.

Das ist der Sound: Nu Pop Music vom Balkan, die Musik, die dich von der Bar auf die Tanzfläche und dann bis aufs heimische Sofa begleitet!

Intention of the Love Diary is to create intuitive musical Journeys with Releases from specific Record-Labels that inspire me to reflect their Diversity as well as their Signature in Sound...and while the Track-Selection is a spontaneous process with the aim of offering a "Label-Taste" it really is all about flowing with the Music and the present Moment.

The Inspiration for this Project originates in a Synchronicity of Happenings:
First I had the Idea to present Music-Labels that influence(d) my musical Journey on the weekly Radio Shows that I do with my dear Friend Christian aka MeToBe (@chrisseger) as Echoes from Venus (@echoesfromvenus) on Universal Sounds Radio, an independent alternative online Radio with Focus on Spirituality and Holistic Living.

In the same Time I joined "Ting", an independent, self-regulating Project that makes "Basic Income" a real Thing (more Infos about Ting you ca find here: www.ting.community) and that was co-created by another dear Friend of mine...

And than it struck me like Lightening:
While I give Income into the Ting Community I can give a creative Output for the global Music Familia and link the two together! And that is how this Series finally was born with a deep Purpose that fills me with Joy & Gratitude which I hope to be able to share with you here. ॐ

Multi Cultural Beats #21 With " Nat Barrera "

Hailing from the largest country in the world by area — Russian Federation, Zoe Reijue is a graduated musician acoustic piano who has been practicing since childhood. After traveling around the world, she found herself immerse in electronic music and it was only a matter of time before getting to know that she was able to express herself through composing. Now, the Moscow-based producer makes unfailingly cheerful music with subtle percussion and particular musical landscapes. Since the appearance of her first tracks released on the Russian label Leveldva, Zoe has been playing at chillrave areas in Moscow, also, working as a set decorator, sharing happy through making cozy atmosphere for people.

In this 167th edition — recorded on snowy days of February 2020 in a Moscow studio, Zoe's experimentation goes further, similar to previous 165th edition by anandroid. Applying her hyperactive style to chillrave, she prepared a mosaic of 29 tracks, combining simultaneously their mutual synergy in only 52 minutes, certainly gobsmacked. But for her, the message is clear, music inspires music.

Octupone has spun his web of wicked tunes all over the world and then some: from the Soulkitchen or the Golden Pudel Club in his original hometown of Hamburg to the Bar Tausend, Jackie O or at the Party for the ECHO (Germany’s Grammys) in Berlin, from Rio de Janeiro via Tulum or Paris on to Mykonos or Hong Kong. Currently residing as DJ and Music Consultant and Supervisor at La Granja IBIZA, he rarely repeats and never ceases to amaze.
