Much of this mix is from my set for Gregory's Jam, although I did alter it a little.

I was inspired by the word "retrouvaille", which means the joy of reuniting with someone after a long separation.

although this isnt the happiest mix, I wanted to created a story for you guys, a story of heartbreak and sadness, but heartbreak that isn't permanent. After break ups, there is a sense of nostalgia, then sadness, then anger, then understanding, then peace and happiness. I hope that those going through heartbreak know that it will be okay again, and you will find someone again.

To Gregory's family, I would like to thank you for creating this opportunity for artists to unite to celebrate Gregory's love for music.

Gregory Johnson was a student at SJSU, a passionate student and musician, and a loving son. His passing in the Sigma Chi fraternity in 2008, quickly ruled as a suicide, was later discovered to be a hate crime murder. The continuous discrimination and injustices faced by the Black community is a real issue that individuals face to this day. To this day, questions have not been answered, and justice is still being fought for by Gregory's family and friends.

Super stoked to bring y'all the 3rd Installment of this series! Was feeling more inspired than usual and the ideas came together nicely. This is probably my most favorite mix produced. Decided to add in a lot of pop, acoustic/piano and cinematic elements -  all blended with melodic bass. Hope you enjoy!!

The finale of the FRAGMENT mix series! This series has and will always be about my life. Being able to share something that someone can relate to and find a message in my story. Its been a long time coming. I am proud to present the final edition of my Sad Boi Summer series. I started this project 3 years ago as NOYEZ and I am incredibly happy to end the project on this note. The past 3 years has been incredibly life changing. I would have never thought both Sad Boi Summer mixes would get 10k listens. I appreciate all of your support and I hope you like the new direction I am planning to take the KOSAME project in.

Honestly it feels so nice to finally release something. I've been blessed to be able to surround myself with so many inspiring people that I can look up. They helped me get through a dark time and i honestly can never thank them enough for it. You guys push me to be the best that I can be and no words can explain how it makes me feel. I'm grateful to be able to call my friends. I hope one day i can be as inspiring as you all one day, but I still have a lot to work on. This ones for you guys. Here it is! I spent a lot of time learning how to make everything sound a lot more clean in Introspect 003 while simultaneously channeling my feelings into the song selection. Things have been moving super fast post graduation, so the various moods in the mix depict that. Hope y'all enjoy!

This mix really went through so many changes since I started making it. Partly because I really wanted to express how I was currently feeling at the time and experiment a little. It goes to show that life is full of surprises; you have your highs and lows and sometimes the really lows, but you gotta make whats best of it. Song selection was super important to me this time around and I hope you guys can feel that emotion.

Searching For You | DEYJA VU x KOSAME

Breakups are one of the hardest things to deal with especially when you still love that person but know its for the better good. This is by far the most personal mix I've ever made to date. These last few weeks have been hard on me mentally so I tried to channel all that emotion into this mix and kept it simple with the edits and focus more on the symbolism of the moods and lyrics in each song. This mix symbolizes the roller coaster of emotions after a breakup.

This mix series means so much for me because this is what started my love for making music and being a DJ. Thank you all for your support so far, it means the world to me. 

Fun fact: split the mix as if a male and female are having a conversation throughout the mix. it hits different.

I didn't have any goal in mind when I started on this mix a while back. It was just simply putting all my favorite songs together, and it came out to be better than I thought. I want this mix to uplift you in some ways during this tough time. Hope y'all enjoy this!

Feeling Superhuman Vol. 1: I'll Lift U Up

This is for all those that are struggling; struggling to fit in, to be understood, and to be heard. I'm proud that I can tell my story and hopefully through this mix make it easier to find the glimmer of hope in the darkness that you may be in right now. Just know that there are always people there for you and those that would do anything to see you smiling again!

This mix was probably one of the hardest ones for me to make. Going through the longest creative block I've ever had made it extremely hard on me. I could never really fully embody the feelings of the story I'm trying to tell but I feel like I finally did! If you guys ever feel you need someone to talk to, don't hesitate to message me on my socials! I am more then willing to help!
