Armed with a bunch of tapedecks, a broken VCR and his dads old record player, Odd Departure takes off, leaving behind the heavy distorted kickdrums and industrial-inspired sounds - that he is known for as Strange Arrival - to create something quite fragile and personal.

Every sound on the album is meticulously recorded to- or sampled from: reel-to-reel tape, vinyl, cassettes and VHS tape.
