Out of the (unfair) 1400 plays this song has, 400 could perfectly be mine. I have no clue how in the world this song hasn't blown up. There's so much stuff going on with this song, that I just can't put it into words.   It's true that some people aren't fans of anything Vocaloid-ish related, but man... I don't think a song like this can even exist without Avanna singing. When the "Steel to rust, Ash to dust..." part comes in, I always get goosebumps. It's perfectly balanced. I suck at describing what music makes me feel, but I think the best way to describe what I feel would be... This song makes me feel like I'm floating in space...

.EonS is a celebration of Avanna's 10th anniversary (an Avannaversary might I add), this song was written for that special event.

Avanna changed me and my music career in many ways that I wasn't expecting any vocal synth could. And through her, I saw myself grow as an artist, and as a person. She's the constant.

When I wrote .EonS, I was in a place of same-ness, feeling like I've been at a standstill for too long in my life. I compare that feeling to Avanna, a decade old software now, never capable of changing.

The story follows an immortal observative entity, invincible and undying, she sees the world evolve and change around her. She grows an envy to it all, understanding that she is not capable of that. It's an isolating feeling.
