Creating this release has been a process especially over the last two years. ‘(Still) Searching’ has been released first as the debut of Andre’s Best Works Records in 2009. 11 years later the new and improved version that we are playing since a while still gives us the same feeling it triggered back then. We started a lot of club sets with ‘Still Searching’ as it has this long, steady and discreet build up. As soon as Nathalie Claude’s voice jumps in, the room always fills up with excitement. This never stops as the track just keeps on creating more energy as it goes on and the great mixing and perfectly sounding percussions made us fall in love with the track even more, version after version. 

As good things come to those who wait, here we are. With two originals from Andre and three beautiful crafted remixes from New Jackson, our home grown artist Shiffer and label debutant Blak River, we are happy to share the 19th release of our beloved Siamese imprint. 

New Jackson's celestial interpretation took some extra work to find the right version but it’s safe to say it eventually paid off. I remember sitting down with him in Ibiza. We never met before but had a genuine conversation and we couldn’t give him enough credit for his re-release of ‘The Night Mail’ on Maeve that has been featured on our Cercle Stream in the French Alps. David was instantly hooked by the idea of remixing ‘Still searching’. He kept me updated week by week about the process and we already could sense there is 
something unique cooking up. We were stoked while hearing the first version, it’s a beautiful piece of music we fortunately were able to play a few times before the whole dance music world came to an abrupt stop. We hope that this record will be enjoyed everywhere and makes you dance, float, fly or just revel in.

‘Miss you’, the second original from Andre reached us right before all the night clubs in the world got shut down. If I remember correctly we could test it at one gig in Switzerland and it definitely felt good to play it out on a loud system and in front of an excited crowd. I’m sure that Andre, all the people involved in this record, and of course we as well miss all of you. 

Next up is no stranger to Siamese and its universe. Shiffer is part the label since almost the very first minute and also plays a big part in the creative process of each release. Patrik already showed his diversity through selective releases over the years and so does it again with this remix. Shiffer’s approach goes into a darker direction. The bells and the manipulated vocal might give you the shivers as it does to us. Very detailed work that we love about him and his dedication to evolve. At this point we can already tease an upcoming original record from this talented producer. 

Last but definitely not least we would like to introduce Blak River, a project hailing from Austria and resulting from a very long friendship and passion for the same art form. With an array of accomplishments of shaping the electronic music scene in western Austria, by graduating the SAE institute or just being amazing selectors, Blak River substantiate their appearance. Patrick & Adnan’s remix is more on the instrumental side of ‘Still Searching’, it combines both of their musical backgrounds, a contemporary approach and their very own distinctive sound. We are happy to introduce this project to a bigger audience.

Andre Lodemann - Still Searching Feat. Nathalie Claude (Blak River Remix)

The first EP on PUNKT PUNKT KOMMA STRICH is called "Initium" and has been created by the founders of the Crew Solique, Avant and Vintash. Creating a musical journey from the beginning to the end the Crew takes the listener on an emotional ride.

Solique start the journey by delivering the first track called Venice. The track is characterized by their well-known deep and driving groove, combined with melancholic synths, which are untypical for Solique but create an unprecedented tension.

Avant continues the journey with the second track Engrave. The sound of Avant is defined by deep basses, combined with melodic textures. The memorable baseline in combination with the cutting lead sound result in an engraving energy discharge.

The end of the journey is marked by the distinctive sound of Vintash. Well known for his progressive synths, Vintash combines a deep bass with distorted analog synth sounds, creating a lean but yet powerful track, completing the first journey.

"For the first release of 2021, Infinite Depth welcomes the Argentinian Emiliano Demarco to the label. Emiliano delivered three sophisticated originals with 'Blue Apocalypse' as the title track of the EP. As an addition the British His. Creator managed to create a great remix of the final track of the EP.

The first track is 'Blue Apocalypse'. This track already represents the heavy grooves which are present throughout the full EP. The synthwork smoothly matches the groove and together they are forming a perfect interplay. The minimalistic development of the track ensures that the break and its build-up are becoming pretty intense, after which the arrangement goes on in its trusted rhythm.

The next track is called 'Antimateria'. The first thing that strikes the ear are the sharp percussion and drums, followed by the acid flowing through the track. As soon as the first break hits, a captivating melody comes forward. This plucky synth represents an antimatter, which collides into its matter during the second break. When an antimatter and a matter collide, a lot of energy gets released. Exactly what is happening at the final and unexpected climax.

When such an energy is released an empty space remains. The third track 'Memoria' embodies this empty space. This track is atmospheric with a more pounding lower part. During the most calm moment all elements are blending together and are falling into another dimension. A dimension where the track becomes more vigorous.

His. Creator took the atmospheric and dreamy ambiance of the original and surrounded it with a second layer of warm elements. At one point these layers have to make place for the harsh and falling melody, but after a while this melody got wrapped again by the positive and pleasant ambiance. This minimalistic remix forms a perfect end to this sophisticated EP. "

PREMIERE: Emiliano Demarco - Memoria(Original Mix) [Infinite Depth]

Julian Wassermann and Raphael Mader join forces to present their debut ¨Aversion¨ EP on Oddity. The collaboration between the two Munich based producers, is the first one signed to the label, showcasing 4 beautiful melodic tracks, and an emotive but energetic remix by the talented Artche.

The EP opens with the lead track ¨Aversion¨ where you can listen to the detailed work, sound design and catchy melodies that the two producers print to their productions, starting with the right foot in one of the most interesting collaborations yet on the label.

Going deeper into the EP, Julian and Raphael present us ¨Panic¨ and ¨Moment of Clarity¨ where they dig deeper into the realm of pads and melodies, creating two emotive pieces with catchy arpeggios, leads and profounds ambiences.

Artche jumps into the remix duties, reworking ¨Moment of Clarity¨ into a more groovy and energetic cut, still preserving the emotional elements, but printing his stamp into the rework.

To close the pack, the guys show us the more minimalistic cut ¨Panic¨ where the vocal cuts plays with the percussive elements and synths, creating a dance floor peak time groover.

“Starting my own label is something that I´ve had in mind for a long time. It’s a platform to express myself and have 100% the control on the art concept I want to put on each release, the music I want to show from myself and the artists I share passion for, giving me the ability to invite them onto the label.
