Hey guys, this is OddKidOut. Just wanted to clarify this situation. I spoke to Luca recently and we had a good talk. The issue was Luca forgot he had put that sample in a pack. I legally licensed the melody loop and used it in my track. Furthermore, I never heard his God's Plan Remix when I downloaded the sample. He deleted his tweet once he realized his mistake.
