After that, one may take up the amulet, then chant
Namo Tassa Bhagavato Arahato Sammasambuddhassa (3x)

After that, visualise the power and blessings from the Buddha spread in a light from head all the way to the feet. Then as wearing the amulet, recall with gratitude to the Triple Gem and devas for protection, blessings and guidances. After that, one may proceed on with the activities of the day or leave home for work.

If throughout the day one had broken one’s precepts, when come back, chant the 5 precepts again.
