What happened from midnight at EVOL is impossible to describe with words. From his very first track, David seemed to flip a switch and people became primal and wild and completely free. And what unfolded over the next 90 minutes was something that none of us had ever experienced at a rave and something that may never happen again. Perhaps it is something that can only happen when 150 friends and friends of friends are together in a perfect environment where the energy is just right and everyone loses themselves in the music.
This was David Mears' first DJ set, having played live for the last five years. He curates something so distinctive and so perfect you can't quite believe what you're hearing.
