Demons is a project built on dark fragments: inner voices, uncontrollable impulses, and pacts that aren’t always chosen. Each track represents a different figure, a symbolic entity that lives on different layers: personal, spiritual, or urban. Moving between phonk and trap, the album holds a somber aesthetic, with dense atmospheres and lyrics that reveal more than they seem. There is no redemption here, only exposure. This is not a concept album. It’s a broken mirror.

Eloquent und dude26 haben noch einen. e26quent - „Niemals weg“ droppt am 15.12.17, genau 5 Jahre nach Release von „Gebrochenes Deutsch“ auf Vinyl LP (inkl. DL) und Bandcamp via Sichtexot.

Es ist 2012 und es ist Herbst. Tage kurz, Himmel grau, Bäume nackt. Man schlängelt sich wie jedes Jahr am Spekulatiusangebot vorbei gen Jahresende. Aus unserer Perspektive (SXT) passierte jenen Herbst aber das: In diesem Jahr brachen zwei Brüder im Geiste den Herbsttrott im stetigen Hustle ums Miete zahlen und Nachbarn beruhigen in letzter Sekunde mit einem Album das uns das Gefühl gab 5 Jahre getaucht zu sein und nun endlich wieder Oberflächenluft atmen zu können. „Elo ist ein Monster was Rap angeht“ dröhnt es im ersten Track von e26quents Album „Gebrochenes Deutsch“. Und in dieser Line lauert nicht eine unwahre Silbe. Auf dieses erste Vinylrelease von Eloquent folgten in den nächsten 5 Jahren um die 30(!!!) LPs und EPs. Darunter Kollaborationen mit Ill Will, Hulk Hodn, DJ Buzz, Die E&P Reihe auf Tape (und Vinyl) mit Beatgenie und Bestman PanoRama, nebst etlichen Joint Ventures mit den Sichtexotkollegen. Parallel dazu wuchernd: Die Diskographie von dude26, einem der umtriebigsten Beatkids des Landes im Heimathafen Daily Concept. Drei Alben mit Partner in Crime Fable Phaeb (Gegengewicht (2011), Monokultur (2013), Gravitation (2017)), sowie 3 Soloalben (Zimmer 26, 26 Sonnen, 2026) und etliche Instrumental Platten. 
Liest sich beeindruckend aber dennoch: Diese Historie wurde im Dauerfeuer flankiert durch ständige Unruhen um Aufenthaltsstatus, Mietzahlungen, Selbstzweifel und nicht zuletzt durch dude26s ALS Diagnose im November 2015. Aber „So isses halt“ also darauf einen Scheiß! dude26, spürbar wie nie eingenommen vom Trieb nach dem Schaffen neuer Musik konnten weder Krankheit noch 24 stündige Beatmung in den Rückwärts zwingen und so wurde 2017 das neue dude&phaeb Album Gravitation gestemmt, am kommenden Produceralbum geschliffen und sogar ein Part für den „gebrochenes Deutsch“ Nachfolger recordet -Knicks, Chapeau und Danke! Zum 5. Geburtstag dieses Rapmanifests der beiden am 15.12.17 wird nun all der Struggle mit dir geteilt. 

e26quent tun es noch einmal. Und zwar so persönlich und ungefiltert wie auf noch keinem Album zuvor und während deine Crew nur davon spricht den Shit raw zu machen und damit meint die Vocalspuren mit einem Hauch Distortion zu verzerren, lachen sich diese beiden immer noch in die Faust und zersägen mit Beats und Vocals so dreckig und ehrlich, dass man damit kämpfen muss die eigene Alltagssuppe drinnen zu behalten. Keine Effekte. Keine Gefangenen. Nur die Schlampe Namens Leben auf zerberstende dude26 Instrumentals.
