It is focused on the most powerful sounds of the techno scene. Harmonic and atmospheric sounds encompass a project that began in 2012. These attributes can be heard throughout his productions published on labels such as Dynamic Reflection, Children of Tomorrow, SUB tl, Concerns Music, Alleanza, Analog Section, BAHN• Records, TMM Records, Cosmic Wave Records and Wunderblock among others. The quality of his references is reflected in the numerous selections by artists such as Kr!z, Abstract Division, Setaoc Mass, Amotik, Ben Sims or HD Substance, and collaborations with Kalter Ende, Eric Fetcher, Cyklos, Leandro Gámez, Drop-E, VSK or Michel Lauriola to name a few.

[BIO]:
The Spanish Underground electronic scene would not be the same without Jotón, a respected DJ and producer who has been dignifying his profession and designing unconventional sounds for more than 20 years. From his studio in the city of León, he has managed to create his own style based on the most orthodox Techno which has been imitated by artists from all over the world. He is also the founder of the label Newrhythmic, with which he has supported national and international artists for more than 2 decades.
Joton is a tireless and prolific creator. His work has been published by labels as important as Fabric, Modularz, Quartz, Odd Even, Symbolism, Planet Rhythm, Raw Raw,
Dynamic Reflection or Skryptöm. Furthermore, his work has been played by artists such as Ben Klock, Dvs1, Rodhad, Dave Clarke, Ben Sims, Oscar Mulero, Surgeon, Truncate or Go Hiyama.
In 2015 he released his first album 'Casting Out Nines', a work that received excellent reviews from the specialized press and conquered Techno lovers. 'Casting Out Nines’ was undoubtedly one of the best albums of that year and moreover, it was presented in 10 countries in 3 different continents.
2017 saw the release of his second major project, 'R3silient', in which Jotón delved into his purest and most analogue side, and thanks to which returned to the roots of Techno. In 2018 he releases two new works, `Antioquia ́ on German label ODD EVEN and `Extreme Mesures ́ on RAW RAW.
Jotón complements his DJ/Producer facet with teaching. His Production Courses are interactive experiences in which the student gets to perfect his technique and shape his sound. His latest album `Hikikomori ́ was born from these courses in 2021. `Hikikomori ́ could be defined as a collaborative work with students and friends that narrates the experience of isolation produced by the pandemic.
Jotón has been a protagonist in the booths of some of the best clubs in the world. Temples such as Under club in Buenos Aires, Tresor in Berlin, Rex club and Le Batofar in Paris, Corsica Studios in London, Grelle Forelle in Vienna, Propaganda in Moscow, Domunne in Tokyo, Vurt in Seoul, Liquid Club Malta, Razzmatazz and Moog in Barcelona, Stardust and Fabrik in Madrid.

Sometimes the darkest feelings provide, in a painful paradox, the biggest of pleasures. The DJ and producer @insolate_official demonstrates the truth of this analysis by producing rough & dark techno infused with emotion inspired by her 20 years as a DJ.

Hailing from Osijek, Croatia, on the wide Croatian East – a town that at first glance a heavy industrial atmosphere overshadows - this is where she made first steps as a DJ back in 1997 before taking over European and worldwide clubs. She's already played some of the world’s most renowned clubs including Berghain, Rex, Tresor, Under Club, Club d’Anvers, Unter, Exit Festival, Tomorrowland, ADE and Dimensions Festival plus numerous Colombian tours over the years and USA tour and Argentina added to the list in 2018.

As a producer, she's had a string of releases on highly respected labels including DJ Deep's Deeply Rooted, Marcelus’s Singular and Developer’s Modularz - supported and played by some of techno's finest. She also released the stellar Obscure Object Of Desire EP on JoeFarr's new User Experience imprint, two original tracks that stroke the perfect balance between groove, power and emotion. She also contributed to Ben Sim’s compilation Tribology among giants as Planetary Assault Systems, Oscar Mulero, Steffi etc. and also made super interesting collaboration with french producer Arnaud le Texier and released EP with him for Prodigal Son.

Insolate is also a major contributor to the Croatian techno scene, so much so that she was in Ibiza to receive the award for "Dance Nation of the Year" at the DJ Awards on behalf of her nation. She  also run the event series HUSH in her native Osijek.

The success of the Hush nights caught the attention of Red Bull Music Academy and Dimensions – both of which they have hosted official events for. Insolate being an international messenger of techno was recognised by Ambassador award that gave her a title "Croatia’s ambassador overseas" for 2017.

The final part of putting Osijek on the techno map was taken in 2015 with the launch of the label Out Of Place. The label was named in honour of the beautiful struggle of carving your own way into the scene from a place that's well off the grid from the traditional capitals of techno.

As a DJ, Insolate is well known for her no-compromise, pure-bred techno sets. It's clear to anyone who's seen her perform that she's an artist with a lot of experience but also plenty of inspiration and ambition, and a deep knowledge of techno. She is simply a natural presence in a DJ booth. If you've seen her play, you will know exactly what this means.
