Holding Out For Something Better

From the beginning, Sound of Copenhagen’s job has been to catalyse and promote new Danish artists, especially in the electronic genre. For this reason it is with great pleasure that Sound of Copenhagen presents its 16th compilation, which is the most electronic of its kind in recent times.

Talent and quirky projects characterize vol.16. Here, we present rather unknown producer talents such as Monodub and his playful take on house music, and local boy Louis Petri, whose track “Easy” has been through producer-duo Borneland’s capable remix machinery. At the other end of the electronic spectrum, we find the indie- influenced Motorique with their track “Surfer” and the trio Silvester with their well- crafted track “U know” as well as much, much more.
