Of2Minds is the collaboration of Saul Marshall and Rembrandt le Roux. This electro-rock duo is based in Cape Town and draws influences from hard-rock, electronica and old-school song writing. Saul plays his axe with a heavy hand over programmed rhythms, while Rembrandt matches his processed vocals to analogue synthesisers. Rather than releasing an album from the get-go, the two qualified engineers set up a professional studio in order to release a steady stream of singles online. On stage they blend the craft of a Macbook DJ with the rawness of a live rock band.
