I wrote this song because I, like a lot of people, get nervous or anxious quite a lot of the time. And after a lot of experience with it, I’m trying to teach myself that it isn’t necessarily a bad feeling and that its actually quite natural even if it seems the furthest from it – we are all different. To me, this is what this song is about, harnessing a feeling and doing some deep breathing; lets get a grip and sooth ourselves.
