Hey I Have about Two Keyboards one has instrument pads. I can program it to carry three different sounds. 
Splitting the twelve pads into three rows of 4 pads.
Plus my pads I can split into a drum pad a synth pad a keyboard pad or any thing I’d like bass pad 808 pad.
Then the two keyboards I have also have a Whammy stick. On both of them. The Lead is my favourite instrument to use with the Whammy but they are pretty universal pretty much work with any sound.
I grew up on dudes like Kool Moe Dee.
