May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚, and if you listened to my music , I’ve never been one to be afraid to admit I struggle with mental health. Anxiety, PTSD, Depression, just to name a few. And I’m not google diagnosed either, I’ve had a diagnosis since 1999 and I was 6 years old by a psychiatrist. Last year I was in a fucked up place mentally and those around me at the time knew how deep I lost myself in my mental health. I posted a freestyle and pretty much spoke my heart in that freestyle and just wanted anyone who could relate to be able to know they aren’t alone. Everyday it’s a battle no matter what kind of mental illness you struggle and the learned to survive with. It’s not a game, it’s not “cool” and it’s also not something to make a joke out of. You never know what someone is going thru every single day Inside their head. I wrote this in one of the darkest moments of my life, if you know and we’re there for it, then you know and I love you dearly and appreciate you 🤞🏽 the fight never ends and I hope y’all can relate and feel what it’s like even if you don’t have a mental illness.
