Getting to terms with whole ai change has been gut wrenching and there’s a lot to soak up and chat about — reddit has been a good source for getting grounded and like the way i’m working with it feels less of a cheat, more me in it, and i guess feels better to embrace the inevitability of it all while maintaining a sense of self worth in the process — 

Looking at my Ableton project for this song you would see all the additional work I needed to put in — it’s not so straight forward as simply writing a prompt i guess — and then there’s the mastering so yeah ai is a tool genius but can’t do anything without some serious intervention.

Music Prompt (Producer ai):

deep house, downtempo, noir bass, interstellar soundscape, lush dreamy synth, progressive, chill atmospheric outro, soft pads, gentle fade out, minimal percussion, soulful, peaceful, mostly instrumental, baritone male vocal 2 octaves below, harmonising male vocals, parse vocals in outro. Find the vocal hook and use it creatively with repetition. Let the music speak for itself and use the vocal sparsely. About the vocal, imagine a deep, velvet-rich baritone that rolls out like warm molasses—equal parts soulful seduction and sage storytelling. Include a dreamy synth layer and make the track more instrumental overall.

9 iterations later, followed by an intense Ableton project containing 18 tracks with my inflections, and finally a mastering session - we have the song "Contradictions".

Shout-out to Producer ai (Riffusion ai) for the incredible "instrument" they are creating.
