A New Jersey native residing in Maryland, B Nast is an evolving rapper mastering the art of doing it all on his own. Back in 2014, B Nast was one of 10 emerging artists selected to perform in the Kiss 101.7 FM Spring Jam competition. Although he didn't come in first place, it's extremely impressive having been selected out of over 300 submissions sent to Kiss.   Last year, B Nast also dropped his "Wait 4 It" mixtape which he worked on vigorously in his own studio. That mixtape included "Drop Bombs", the bass knocking track that landed him a spot in the Kiss competition. B Nast began rapping in 2009, and has spread his talents further than just rap. He's a videographer, photographer, producer and innovator of a clothing line called "I Am Grind Nation".  The collection of hoodies, T-shirts, and sweatpants are made by himself in his own home. Hard-working could almost be an understatement for B Nast, he's been living and breathing his brand in order to perfect it and make it amazing. On February 28th, his next full length piece of work "The Transformation EP" will be released.  When asked what his vision was for this mixtape he had this to say, "Well as for the EP, I titled it the Transformation because at a point I was trying to find myself as an artist. From trying to be a Meek Mill to trying to be a 50 Cent, I had to transform and just create my own sound."   I had the opportunity to exclusively listen to the entire mixtape before its release date and I must say it's worth a listen! The growth seen from "Wait 4 It" to "The Transformation" is immaculate and commendable.
