An utterly pro production from the top down that just drips of talent. Both the bass and acoustic guitars sound absolutely sublime & refined and are performed with such great skill and precision. Same goes for the vocals, a really stunning & memorable performance that goes the distance. Very impressive work gentlemen !! Such high quality song writing & production too.

Fun Facts:
Dancing in the Dark was originally written and performed by Alien Heat.
This song is in the key of Bm and the tempo is 131 BPM.
This is arguably the least intellectually challenging set of lyrics Pete ever wrote!
When Pete was referring to this song, he generally called it "Farting in the Park".
Richard's original keyboard riffs are actually played on guitar during the verses.
The guitar parts are played on the Ice Maiden.
In Alien Heat, this was the song where Graham played a drum solo, during which the rest of the band would roll and light cigarettes, or perhaps something a little stronger, before he brought them back in with a big drumroll.
Sven's drumming in this version is rather magnificent and he acknowledges the aforementioned drum solo with a short groovy drum break.
Josh replicated Richard's keyboard solo.
We double tracked it in the end after recording 20 or 30 takes and chose the best two because the synth just wouldn't quite behave itself.
