If you aren't doing so already, be sure that both your kick and bass are in mono, not stereo. This can really help to clean up the overall mixdown product. Ensure that you cut off any unnecessary frequencies from the kick such as anything lower than 40Hz. The kick drum actually contains more energy in the low end than the bassline, so allow the kick to dominate in the 40Hz area. Whilst the bass can be anywhere from 50Hz onwards, you will notice a big difference in the clarity of the low end if you stick to this rule

Really liking the old school pluck synth chords, they could have just used some cleaning up with eq'ing. Stick to the rule that, 200-500Hz create mid frequency mud in the mix. Be sure to use your ears and trial and error with cutting out some of these frequencies as it can make a lot more room for other instruments and elements within the mix

The ride cymbal could have used some turning up in volume and also some stereo separation, they needed a little more panning either to the left or the right just to give them that separation they needed in the mix

The vocals are currently sitting in the mix too quietly, they also sound very low quality in terms of the atmosphere also, they needed a little more reverb, they sound too dry in the mix, it can be a little off putting for the listener, just be sure that the volumes match up

The track could have used some more transitional elements within the mix, especially small reverse elements such as crashes and synth sounds, just to add 'glue' to the structure of the track and make those transitions all the more smoother. And they also add atmosphere and can be very good when it comes to contributing to this, even if they are just subtle.

It would have been good to have heard more percussive progression and advancement such as off beat tom hits or snares, etc. things like this just to contribute towards the groove and help the track move forward. Again the percussion within the chorus/drop sounds a little off. The hi hats needed more of a clean and powerful hit, they could have used another layer just to provide them with this clarity
