In his latest track, Ghost Ridah truly represents where he comes from. 

Landing over 60,000 plays and counting with his previous song “All the Way Up”, it looks like the emerging Toronto rapper just got bigger.. and so did his recent tune ’Till I Die. 

Being another remix of the infamous MGK joint, the aspiring rapper definitely shows his passion for his city.

In the introduction of his song, he stated, 

“Coming up, they told me stop spittin’ that hard s@!t. You Canadian, nobody’s gonna take you seriously. But I was like f$%k that, they don't know what we go through up here” 

Rather intimidating in some parts throughout his song, there is a reason to his rugged behavior. 

Born and raised in Scarborough, ON, a rough part in Toronto, the young rapper “use to hear gunshots from my apartment window late at night.” 

He also said “The murder rate in America is higher because there are 350 million people living in it. Canada only has 35 million. You do the math.” 

With plenty of more music on the way, based on the material presented so far, fans can’t wait to see what else this rapper does.

Unknown is by far the most revealing track Ghost Ridah has released so far.

Overall, this is a dark track with rays of light. Right off the top, he began to describe a torture scene, referring to “the rack”, a popular torture device back in the 1600’s. 

The songs context transforms several times, going from a vent, to a confession, to an uplifting feeling, back to a terrifying scene. His only comment was “I meant every word.”

Despite his vaguely dark past, this aspiring rapper seems to have made light of his situation. With more music to come, it looks like the world will have a better understanding of Ghost Ridah.

Home for a Lost Soul is Ghost Ridah's trademark! His new song truly validates his name.

This record is relatable in so many ways and was "intended for the lost souls all over the world." 

In the intro he asked "Is there a home for a lost soul?" followed by " I don't know... I'm still on my way there." A fairly deep concept indeed.

The aspiring rapper mentioned this was free styled and came straight from the heart. He really wants to connect with the broken and help build there spirits back up through music. " My mission is to inspire and create a positive change through hip-hop." 

We received word that this is his final promo track and from here on, will be releasing original material.

With a connectful track like this already, fans wonder what more nourishment could this emcee give. I having a feeling there is something deep inside of him we still haven't seen.

After 6 months of planning, Ghost Ridah, is starting his reign in 2018 with his new song "Winna". 

Listening to his new song the first time around "may appear to be on some ignorant s#!t" but after taking in the lyrics and the overall progression of song, this aspiring artist is coming from a real-life place of conviction. 

Ghost Ridah says "the song is about perseverance. And by persevering, you are a winner." Wise words from the young rapper. "Also this song was made because a fan wanted some new tunes. And since my dates are pushed back, I decided to do this record. Took maybe a day to write"

Although being another promo song, Ghost Ridah intends to release a lot more music this year and become the next hip-hop reckoning force. 

The craziest part is; after listening to this song; I believe he will.
