PUKK - REKT (EP Version)

From the Deaprture EP, The Laurels is a   dig at myself for taking things too seriously and for letting people take advantae of my nature. It is part of the last chapter of PUKK. The EP is out 31st May 2024 and contains 5 tracks, 2 of which are instrumentals. There Are No Words was recorded the first day in a studio in 2016. It originally had a vocal but it sounded bad so never got a release. It made sense to add it to the final output of PUKK. From day one to the very last recording on one release.

Written for the album of the same name, Drag The Lake is part of a bigger story that unravels over the album. Told from 3 perspectives and involving 3 murders, it's dark murder ballad territory. There is no happy ending either.

The album tells the tale of two murders from the perspectives of the people involved. Produced by Gavin Monaghan (The Blinders, The C33's, Pagans SOH)and recorded at Magic Garden Studio, Wolverhampton. The album started life as a rough screen play which spawned a song and grew into a full album. Next stop is a graphic novel and/or video clip if funds allow.
