Going back to my Hardware roots on this 1. Having audio playback issues on my D.A.W. (Maschine)unfortunately but wanna keep stuff happening so here is something I've been working on, it's more of a test run but think it's good enough for an upload for now.  
This is a Hardware jam of my track ''Entity'' .
Less melodic than the Original Jam but still maintains the dreamy breakdown with plenty of Acid.

Entity (hardware session - live 1) - Ogirod

The intro starts off Techno & then unleashes into Breakbeat mayhem!
Inspired by the movie Ghost In The Machine (1993)


Synths & Drum Machines Used :-

* Yamaha   DSR-500        (dry harsh sounding lead through most of the track) 
* Akai         AX-80             (ghostly high that plays in backround in main section)
* Roland     XP-50             (dark pads)
* Roland     MC-307          (TB-303 mimic in the intro)
* Novation  K-station         (2'nd bass sound in main section & with dark pads in main section breakdown part)
* Korg         MX                (Breakbeats,  low depth bass, higher lead - in intro, & 80's choir ) MIDI synced with a
* Korg         ESX-1             (basic 4/4 kick, sequencing of the Yamaha DSR-500 & used to modulate & trigger some of the samples)
Preformed through an Allen & Heath ZED-22FX analogue
mixing desk & Recorded on a Roland VS-880 (hard disk recorder)
mixed down using Audacity (recording program)

Old skool Bouncy Techno originally started out as a live jam for a youtube video. Liked it so much that I decided to record & get it mastered into a full length DJ friendly version. 
Created on hardware drum machines.

Take A Chance (original re-visited) - OGIROD

This is my interpretation of Australia's beauty. A lot of this was inspired by the Australian Bush land as I recorded quite a few of the sound effects in this tune out in the field. To some of you this may be a bit different from my usual banging rave tunes but would hope that my followers would appreciate this also .
This track's genre is listed as ''Liquid Breakbeat'' which may confuse listeners due to the predominant 4 to the floor percussive intro but when the main section hits the breakbeats really come in to play for a good majority of the track.

A space themed track. There is a part 1 of this too.

Korg     Monotron Delay (most of the sound effects)
Korg      Micro (the first trippy tune that comes in after intro)
Yamaha DSR500 (that dark muddy bass with release & SFX )
Akai       AX80 (comes in after the quietening down section & SFX)
Roland  XP50  (voiced sounds with the occasional pitch bend)
Roland  JD800 (warm pads chords in the backround)
Roland  TB3    (bubbling acid bassline near the end)
Together with Maschine MK2

''1991 still in order'' sample from a record I used in my early days of scratching. I decided to keep it purely oldskool  (Early Hardcore & Hip House) because the sample chosen fitted perfectly to the vibe that this track creates. 
This track was recorded in November 2012 it includes live scratching.

Soley made on FL (fruity loops) 10 ....still learning the ropes. Making music on software is a whole other world to me as I've only ever used Hardware Synths. This is my first ever completed track made this way ...on my own.
I titled this tune ''Robust Shrine'' because it sounds highly robust but also has very meditative shrine like sounds in it too.

Mostly Hardcore & other rave genres. Been making electronic Music since 95 after being inspired Sydney dance station New Wave FM, from there I started to experiment with making my own electronic music, collecting records, DJing & going to Raves.
 
My productions now revolve around various hardware synths with Maschine(mkII)Software which I use as a sampler/sequencer. 
 
There is'nt much I haven't heard (genre wise) over the years & generally speaking I like to keep my listening sessions pretty open.
