This is a song about coping with loss. It's about being scared to finally let go. It's about anxieties surrounding that. It's also about finding peace in life where you'd never think to look. It's about letting the negative out, but being scared to let the positive in. It's also the first serious song I've written in eight years. It's a step towards my self recovery with anxiety.
