Deserts are home to amazing animals whose bodies and minds are built for living in hot places, where there is very little Chai to drink. Sand Cats, Camels and Cows like Timboletti and Tiefgeist, they all have special ways of staying cool, finding food and raising their songs behind the crooked hut. Also their traveling colleagues Dandara and Breger adapt in order to groove in such a rough and dry habitat.

Bayawaka is an artist name of Golan Aflalo, originally from Jerusalem, presently living in Berlin. Initially, Golan was all about Broken Beats, PsyBass, Breaks and Chillout, but in the last few years he branched out to four-on-the-floor genres which he DJ’s under the name Golanski.

Since the early 2017 Golan is also a co-managing Digital Structures’s Berlin branch, and this following xXETEXx Vol. 02 is his take on the world of Psychedelic Tech - hand picked, road tested, grass fed and organic voyage into the diversity of dance floor sound. The bushfires that ravaged our home of Australia between September 2019 - February 2020 are one of the most savage and disastrous natural events that the country has ever known.

Over 25.5 million hectares of land were burnt (110,000+ square kilometres), 3000+ homes destroyed, 30 people and more than 1 billion mammals, birds and reptiles died.

100% of the proceeds from each sale of Bushfire Aid VA Series Part 1 and Part 2 will officially go directly to the Australian Wildlife Conservency’s Bushfire Response Campaign, as they work tirelessly in the field to protect numerous species of animals that are now endangered and threatened due to the bushfire season disaster of 2019/20.

Upon donating, aside from the music you will also receive a pdf file from AWC themselves with specifics on the Bushfire Response Campaign that you will be supporting with your donation.
