For our second instalment of Sounds Like - We welcome Bristols own Banoffee Pies Records founder DJ Autumn. 

After listening to his monthly 'Smoke & Mirrors' residency on Noods Radio consecutively in our store, we couldn't resist asking him to contribute to our mix series. Many of our favourite mixes take us through a journey of Ambient, Broken Beat, House & everything between, much like his label who have been putting out a multitude of genres across a range of sub genres for some time.

In his own words - After hearing the shop would often listen to my Smoke & Mirrors radio show I wanted to re create something in similar style as more of a listening experience and mixtape. This hour recording hosts a selection of chill out bits and a few club cuts played down tempo, blended in lounge style with a few subtle bursts of energy. All tracks overlap with similar drums and soundscapes between them showcasing music from friends, and from labels I dig, including one forthcoming Banoffee cut on the intro. Enjoy in full xx Ell'
