For this year’s World Mental Health Day, we at Orphan. Records have asked 14 musicians to contribute to a charity compilation in aid of the Child Mind Institute in New York.

In addition to curating this track list, we have asked each participant to share a little about their own experiences with mental health issues and their pursuit of music. With both the release and our accompanying article, we hope to shed light on an issue we feel very passionate about in attempts to spark conversations in our industry and beyond and raise money for a charity doing incredibly important work.

We chose to benefit Child Mind because we feel that the next generation of musicians deserves to be better equipped to handle the day to day struggles of mental health issues.

7II is one of the worst Dj's in Belgrade when it comes to writing his bio. Like in music, crossing the line becomes a habit for this young gentleman, whether it's über fast, uncompromising dance music, or cheesy lines that are supposed to make you laugh, but ultimately end up making you cringe, the boi always provokes a strong reaction. No words can describe the true nature of his music, as it is one of the few mysteries he himself is yet to discover, but I guess this mix comes pretty close.
