This explosive union brings together the French vocal virtuoso Valérie Hendrich, known as VALANAÏS, and the emerging Mexican talent in the realms of EBM/techno, Datura Inoxia.

"Lueurs Noires" takes listeners on a captivating journey, melding VALANAÏS's almost nihilistic narrative vocals with Datura Inoxia's raw, concrete-shattering EBM soundscape. Together, they craft a dense and profoundly dark sonic experience.

Prepare to be immersed in a pulsating dungeon of ominous drones, thunderous kicks, relentless beats, and corrosive low-end frequencies. Today, we present the new release on Marguerite's catalogue, by Harlem Electronics. CAGEY is a punchy cocktail of sly bass hooks, raw machine grooves, and found sounds, all tied together by vocals that shape-shift from staccato statements to haunted murmurs and back again. Featuring six tracks including a remix by Colombian producer Filmmaker. The opener Cagey is one that we premiere today; Cagey sets the tone with an elastic, Liaisons Dangereuses-esque bassline coiling around its tail and a propulsive electro beat juxtaposed with the track's cadenced vocals.

We are thrilled to announce the latest digital release on the Meta Moto platform by DJ and producer Andreas Aprill, hailing from Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Known for his unique blend of electro, dark wave, and synth-driven music, Andreas crafts a truly immersive sonic experience.

In early 2024, his debut tape Kein Empfang was released on Detriti Records, marking a bold introduction to his sound. His new EP, Ruhe Im Nebel, featuring five tracks, delves deeper into the dark, atmospheric textures that define his production style. The EP showcases a balance between melancholic synth melodies and sharp, machine-driven sequences, further refining and expanding his signature sound.

Veyl presents 'Nuit' - a split-EP between two excellent projects we're enraptured to share with you. Both hailing from France, Blind Delon (Toulouse) and Contre Soirée (Paris) share a similar vision, bringing music from before any of their birth dates into the world of today.

Dedicating their sound to cold bass lines and synthesizers, the 80s, french post-punk and black romanticism, both acts spent their nights observing, describing, thinking, crying, each in their own way. Building a bridge between the melancholy and urgency defining that era, ’Nuit' is the fruit of this labour and will be out on January 25th.

Black Dahlia (@musicblackdahlia) is a Sydney based electronic music project fusing elements of new beat, EBM & industrial. Along with live and DJ performances in her native Sydney she has also released on labels such as Up North Records (Au), Deep Scan (Au), Insane Industry (Italy), Idlestates (Scotland), and soon to be Motorik Records (Au) as well as this first release on Berlin based X-IMG.

Her upcoming EP “Animasochist” on X-IMG is an explosion of sex, fetishism, and empowerment; samples from vintage sexploitation and pornographic films, interviews about fetishism, and 80s cinema milieu paired with the sounds of New Beat and EBM, which has become Black Dahlia's signature sound. Digital release February 5th with tapes to ship shortly after.
