Gael is a Dagestan-born & Kyiv-based DJ & producer, known for experimental releases on such labels as Система, MetaMoto, Minor Adjustments, Kashev Tapes. She recently launched the experimental/ambient project shemovesshe.

Inspired by literature and theorists she weaves sonic fictions; contemplative narratives unfolding through spoken word passages and ethereal, folkloric vocals. At the club, expect cinematic, cerebral sets infused by industrial atmospheres, psychedelic rhythms, and juddering bass. She is an active part of online radio, holding regular residency shows at Tbilisi’s Mutant Radio and at Amsterdam’s RRFM.

The leftfield-loving Lithuanian started collecting music as a kid. Soon after moving to Vilnius, when Electroclash anthems ruled the Earth, Marijus decided to embark on a DJ's journey.

Now, some years later, you know him as one half of 12 INČŲ PO ŽEME, the DJ duo he steers with Simas Slabačiauskas. The two operated the Smala nights in collaboration with another Vilnius nightlife staple, Manfredas.

These days, Marijus started sharing his uncanny favorites with audiences across the globe through the Per Amzius Ambient show on Radio Vilnius. From folk and jazz leftovers from the long-forgotten times, via the gloomy picks from the end of the century to contemporary sedated beats.

Kyiv-based Sasha Zakrevska AKA Poly Chain's debut album Music For Candy Shops was a total breath of fresh air. Released via Zambon's Transtalantyk imprint in 2017, the collection of sweet and syrupy tracks introduced us to her aptitude at playing with texture and melody.

She followed up her debut with a string of EPs last year including two cassette releases on Mondoj and BAS.Kolektyw, as well as a collaborative LP with Polish producer and Growing Bin regular Bartosz Kruczyński.

For today's Monday Is OK mix, she layers warm synths, abstract electronics and celestial house to help you re-enter the new week on the right footing...
