Project background:

Every horror fan knows the legendary director and producer Charles Band. He has sustained an incredible track record as an industry pioneer over the past 30 years. His many horror classics still have a huge international following. Band’s film company 'Full Moon Features' is leading and its fans currently enjoy successful rarities such as Killjoy, Evil Bong and Gingerdead Man. Recently, Band again took a pioneering step into the future with launching http://fullmoonstreaming.com, reaching an entirely new generation of fans. 

Rotterdam based Mike Redman has become a Dutch cult phenomenon: as an award winning director of uncompromising documentaries, as successful special make-up effects artist in the nineties, as owner of the record label Redrum Recordz, but especially as an artist and initiator of exceptional horror influenced electronic music under the name Deformer. With Deformer, Redman has worked with legendary artists, internationally performs, has a large fanbase and has inspired many artists along the way. 

Now, Charles Band and Mike Redman have joined forces to realize a music project entitled: ‘Full Moon Deformed’. Redman, an early Full Moon fan, was granted permission to use the Full Moon Features catalog as a source of inspiration. His original music production and Full Moon audio samples reinforce each other. It will be released as a full length album and merges the characteristics of Full Moon Features and Deformer into a unique project.
