Neon Graveyard is an anonymous Electronic Music Producer, DJ and Label Co-Founder. He has gained a lot of international recognition thriving from Cologne with his latest releases, which include a contribution to the tenth anniversary compilation by the infamous Techno Germany Records, his ,,This mind is a warzone EP’’ (incl. remixes by Wallis & Rezystor) on his own imprint WAHN and his debut ,,Sex & Suicide EP’’ on the french imprint Måinmise. The yellow-masked maniac established his sound as a blend of heavily
distorted, rumbling basslines and a raw, percussive drum foundation, creating an atmosphere of restless agony and euphoric misery. Fusing early Hardcore and Breakbeat influences with contemporary Techno advancements, his style develops both a full range of sizzling tops and a dominant low end supported by detuned synth stabs and FX shots. His DJ sets are influenced by early 2000s Techno, Industrial Music, heavy Breakbeats and trancy vibes. The glue holding all these tonal differences together is his earnest wish to create an energetic fast paced atmosphere spanning from a apocalyptic mood to an ecstatic relief.

The Sangoma tales continue with a live set called "Twisting the Dragon's Tail" by Black Noise, Kostas Angelopoulos aka Xtatic Shiva, psychedelic and goa trance producer from Athens. Black Noise is a project that dives into psychedelic trance and explores the mysteries of the universe by transforming colors, feelings, memories, scents and sounds into rhythmic bursts of energy. This live set is a mixed bag of unreleased, recently released and released tracks that Black Noise put together and recorded in his studio on the last evening of January.

This mix is a reverse time travel journey going back in time, revisiting and celebrating the beauty of some of my favorite trance classics from my youth. 

This initially started off a while back as a Platipus Records tribute mix. Then I realized that to honor their entire discography would be a grand undertaking and that this wouldn't be worthy of calling a tribute mix. It then morphed into a classic trance mix, that is particularly Platipus heavy haha. It also serves the purpose of satisfying the old timers' nostalgia, and a bit of a glimpse into the past for newcomers.
