As DMob said in the early 1988 we call ACID - the musical phenomenon that makes you want to dance, that puts you in a trance, that move you to the beat. In 2012 a turin mysterious artist know as A.M.B. ( Acid Music Band ) decided to follow the way to Acid Music, inspired by the acid guru as Virgo or Tyree Cooper and the first techno workers as Underground Resistance or Juan Atkins he produced two tracks only with analog instruments and acid attitude. Acid Music Band sounds like an orchestra, the man is the music director and the machines are the players. We are young so we asked help from an old expert… directly from the Chi-City, Ricardo Miranda contributed to create an overall Ep with his fantastic Boogie remix. Old and Young records.. We love acid too.

Fighting against the poor digital sound, Old and Young is going on producing analogue sounds exclusively pressed on vinyls by young artists, with new sounds and old attitude to produce music for full listeners and dancers' pleasure.
In order to celebrate his first step in the hard life of an independent and angry label, Old and Young Records chooses to release two tracks that explain its style and mind, produced by the entire crew (Alessandro Gambo, D-Vince, Sergio Pace, The Acid Music Band), between dark moods and powerful grooves, the tracks explain what is Old and Young Records.
There's no celebration without a present... a big present at the Old and Young party's... born in Los Angeles and moved to Detroit to join the highly respected crew of Underground Resistance, Old and Young is glad to announce mr. Santiago Salzar as remixer of their fifth release.
Also know as Seldom Seen or DJ S2 and half part of Los Hermanos project, Santiago Salazar remixed the track imprinted by his OSCURO style, a dark journey inside the music exploration.

We want to create a particular sound, that joins the “old” electronic music roots to the “young” technique and freshness of the new era.
With our releases we want to tell the 30 years ago analogical machines history, far away to the last years digital music invasion of dance floors, studios and home made studios.
Our music research goes back to the black music roots, to the german minimalism and finally lands to the techno and house music of the ’80.
Our device is strictly the black, lined and crunchy vinyl. This is a stuff that will never get lost among the thousands of a laptop bytes.
