A style drenched from influences of golden era Hip Hop fused with Bass music, deep Dubstep & rolling Drum & Bass, his sets are packed full of dope track selection and tight mixing that steadily keeps a dance floor vibing.
Regularly playing at Melbourne’s infamous ‘Homebass’ & ‘SWRVE’ parties hosted by renowned crews Whomp!, Plasma Collaborative, and The Operatives, and supporting international acts like Zed Bias, DJ Marky, Chase & Status, Ivy Lab, Skeptical and more. As well as playing multiple times at Esoteric Festival, Archaic Gathering, Sub-Terra and Tanglewood Festival.
As a punter, Old China has had constant drive since 2008 to seek out and experience different gigs, parties and festivals both locally and internationally. This alone is a sure indication of the passion & dedication Old China puts into his love for music.
