“Again” is the 2nd single off Old Cities forthcoming "Old Cities I" EP, due out August. This track takes a new turn for the band, harnessing a more electronic, ​Japanese Wallpaper​ esk undertone, with wishful lyricism that draws out feelings of deja-vu. It’s utilisation of non-diatonic chords and a gradual crescendo captures your attention, leaving you with a sense of hooky, familiarity that will linger in your head for days.

Old Cities is the moniker of Sydney based songwriter and producer, Jordi White.

In 2018 he released his debut EP “Old Cities I” which included tracks “I’ll See Her Again” (Vanda & Young 2016 Finalist) and “lyrically gripping ballad ‘Again’” (Pilerats).

Old Cities sound is vast. It evokes fond comparisons to the likes of early Coldplay, Bleachers and even Radiohead, whilst channelling lyrics that are heartfelt, fragile and crafted from an intimate place of loss and hope.

2019 has been a “crazy whirlwind” for White thus far who has been collaborating with both local and international artists. However before the year is out we may just see a follow up EP.
