Jethro Heston re-asserts himself as one of the UK’s most exciting underground prospects with his first release of 2017.

His upbeat, vocal house cut, features acclaimed Baltimore singer/songwriter Max Marshall (who previously featured on Matrix & Futureboard’s Top 10 smash ‘Control’). Blending crunching beats, melodic synths and a hook-laden bassline, Jethro’s new heater incorporates old-school tempo and soulful vocals to solid effect.

‘Cut Me Loose’ points the way to a slew of new material from the London producer and if there’s more from where this came from in terms of immediate warehouse-level danceability, his collaboration with Cardboard Foxes and Max Marshall should lead to a significantly increased reputation for the emerging new talent.

Welcoming back one of our favorite German maestros and long time friend of the label, Andreas Henneberg, is as always a great pleasure.

If you've ever been to the festival, you know Andreas is just one of the producers that is as equally as talented in the studio as he is at gripping a crowd by the noggin and giving it a real smackdown.

Usually Andreas sticks to playing 100% original tracks in his sets, with music spanning over 2 decades perfecting his craft amongst synths and tasteful production. This EP is no exception.

The release includes 'No Communication,' an all out raving stomper complete with big room sirens and gritty percussion. Andreas follows with 'Carolina,' focusing more on the psychedelic toppling of wobbling vocal chops and strung out synth licks that remind of us those late nights on the reservation.
